Program Objectives
The purpose of the ZobeLab Affiliate Program is to:
1. Expand awareness of ZobeLab’s products, services, and educational opportunities.
2. Provide affiliates with income opportunities through verified referral activity.
3. Establish a trusted network of brand representatives who authentically support ZobeLab’s mission.
4. Create long-term partnerships that contribute to mutual growth and success.
Affiliate Responsibilities & Commitment
Affiliates are expected to:
• Actively promote ZobeLab through approved marketing channels such as social media, websites, podcasts, newsletters, live events, or other creative outlets.
• Represent ZobeLab in a positive, professional, and brand-aligned manner at all times.
• Adhere to ZobeLab’s branding, messaging, and promotional guidelines as provided in the Affiliate Media Kit.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal marketing laws, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate links.
• Submit marketing content for pre-approval if required for certain campaigns or assets.
• Maintain an active engagement level, with at least a few hours per week dedicated to promotional and outreach efforts, consistent with the expectations outlined in the ZobeLab Affiliate Partnership Agreement.
• Strive to make a measurable impact and maximize their return by leveraging their platform, influence, and time effectively.
ZobeLab’s Commitment to Affiliates
ZobeLab will provide:
• Access to a dedicated Affiliate Dashboard for tracking leads, conversions, and commissions.
• A unique affiliate referral link for performance tracking.
• Pre-approved marketing materials, creatives, and brand assets.
• Regular communication on campaigns, promotions, and partnership opportunities.
• Affiliate support and guidance from ZobeLab’s marketing team.
• Timely commission payments based on verified sales and performance metrics.
Compensation & Commission Structure
• Affiliates earn a commission percentage on each qualifying purchase or subscription made through their unique affiliate link.
• Commission rates, bonuses, and eligibility requirements are defined within the Affiliate Partnership Agreement and may vary based on performance tiers or campaign type.
• Payments are made on a monthly basis via the payment method specified by the affiliate, following standard verification and reporting cycles.
• Performance reviews may occur bi-annually to evaluate engagement and potential for additional incentives or partnership upgrades.
Brand & Marketing Guidelines
All affiliates must follow ZobeLab’s official Brand Guidelines when representing the company:
• Use only approved logos, color palettes, and media assets provided by ZobeLab.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging emphasizing empowerment, innovation, and community.
• Avoid any misleading claims or unauthorized representations of ZobeLab’s products, services, or partnerships.
• Respect all copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary content belonging to ZobeLab, Inc.
Affiliates who wish to create original content may do so, provided it aligns with brand standards and is pre-approved by the ZobeLab marketing department if it includes official branding.
Program Term & Termination
• The affiliate relationship remains active as long as both parties comply with the Affiliate Partnership Agreement and performance expectations.
• Either party may terminate participation with written notice as outlined in the main Agreement.
• Affiliates who fail to maintain ethical conduct, performance standards, or compliance may be removed from the program at ZobeLab’s discretion.

All trademarks, service marks, and brand materials remain the exclusive property of ZobeLab, Inc.
Agreement & Acceptance
By applying to and participating in the ZobeLab Marketing Affiliate Program, the affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein and within the official Affiliate Partnership Agreement.
